Performance Management Tools (What do you use?)

Hey WASHRM members,
We are experimenting with a new feature for our 'forums'.
There is a member who is looking to find out what types of performance management tools are you using and how.
Please respond in this forum and answer the following questions:
- What performance management tools do YOU use in your organization?
- How are you using them and what good & bad / opportunities & pitfalls have you run across?

The company that I work for currently has 39 employees. Prior to my employment, there really was no "HR" specific role. So I have relied heavily on the SHRM website to create a plan. This past year I have used the Performance Review Builder under the interactive tools. I too would love to know what others are using. I like the performance review builder, all of the information is right there for you and it can be tweaked as needed. I would still like to see what else may be out there.

We use the Performance Tool in Paylocity, our Payroll system. It's very user friendly and customizable. We use this tool for 30 and 90 day reviews as well as annual reviews.
