Become an effective facilitator
This interactive, experiential workshop prepares participants to become confident and effective facilitators of group learning, team meetings, and professional development sessions. Whether you’re leading a workshop, training session, or internal team dialogue, facilitation skills are essential for engaging groups, managing dynamics, and driving meaningful outcomes.
Participants will explore the core competencies of effective facilitation, setting a purpose, asking powerful questions, guiding the group process, and maintaining neutrality. The workshop emphasizes practical tools and frameworks, drawn from adult learning theory and group dynamics, that participants can immediately apply to their roles.
The session includes hands-on practice, where participants will design and facilitate short segments, receive real-time coaching, and develop the confidence to facilitate with clarity, presence, and adaptability in various settings.
